Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

AdSpace helps brands and creators discover, propose, and manage paid collaborations. By using AdSpace, you agree to these terms.

Using AdSpace

You must provide accurate information and keep control of the wallet and accounts you use with AdSpace. You are responsible for your activity, your offers, and the content you submit.

Creator offers

Creators choose which services to offer, set minimum prices, and decide which proposals to accept. A creator may reject an offer. A collaboration is only confirmed when the relevant parties accept the terms shown in the app.

Brand offers

Brands must describe their proposed promotion honestly and have the rights needed for any copy, images, links, or products they provide. Do not use AdSpace to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.

Payments and blockchain transactions

Some actions use a third-party wallet and a public blockchain. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and network fees may apply. AdSpace does not control the blockchain, wallet providers, or network availability. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing.

Content and moderation

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give AdSpace permission to store and display it only as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict access when we believe it violates these terms or creates risk for people using the service.

No guarantee

AdSpace is provided as available. We do not guarantee a particular number of offers, audience results, revenue, or campaign performance. Nothing on AdSpace is financial, legal, or advertising advice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact channel listed on the AdSpace website.
